Coated with polyclonal goat anti-rat IgG antibodies, these particles facilitate the separation of cells expressing rat IgG antigens from heterogeneous cell populations through negative selection. The suspension, supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with EDTA, and 0.08% sodium azide, binds over 0.10 mg of rat IgG per milliliter. Proper storage at 2-8°C preserves the stability and binding activity of MagAction™ Goat Anti-Rat IgG.
