Despite the eco-friendly modifications, the chemistry and performance remain identical to the standard kit, ensuring consistent results. Protocols are available for download online, eliminating the need for printed materials. Sterile glass bottles are required for buffer reconstitution. The VersaKit™ Mini Plasmid Kit receives favorable scores, reflecting its reduced environmental footprint compared to traditional kits. The VersaKit™ Mini Plasmid Kit allows the isolation of up to 20 µg of high-purity plasmid or cosmid DNA for routine molecular biology applications. Higher yields (up to 30 µg) can be achieved.
