Product Description

The VersaKit™ FFPE Tissue DNA is specifically engineered for the: purification of DNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. This kit employs specialized lysis conditions to release DNA from tissue sections while overcoming inhibitory effects caused by formalin crosslinking of nucleic acids. Utilizing the Mini Elution spin columns, the kit ensures the purification of high-quality DNA in small volumes. Moreover, the DNA purification process can be seamlessly automated on the Avam® AutEx™ Platform.
