This kit streamlines the RNA purification process, providing RNA in just 85 minutes. With NuAction™ Spin Columns, researchers can obtain purified RNA with elution volumes as low as 10 µl. The purification process can also be fully automated on the QIAcube Connect, offering convenience and reproducibility.

Performance data demonstrate that the NuAction™ FFPE Kit consistently yields greater RNA quantities compared to other methods, with recovered RNA intact down to 70 nucleotides and virtually free of genomic DNA contamination.
