The NuAction™ Elution & Cleanup Kit is designed for cleanup and concentration of RNA from various sources, including enzymatic reactions and RNA isolated by different methods. This kit provides high-quality total RNA, free from impurities or enzymatic inhibitors, with A260/A280 ratios of 1.9-2.1. With the ability to purify up to 45 µg of RNA in a volume as low as 10 µl, it enables concentration of RNA amounts corresponding to less than one cell (as little as 1 pg).
Featuring a simple procedure, the NuAction™ Elution & Cleanup Kit employs guanidine-isothiocyanate-containing lysis buffer and ethanol to create conditions conducive to selective RNA binding to the membrane. After washing away contaminants, high-quality RNA is eluted in water. The kit also offers compatibility with automated processing on the Avam® AutEx™ Platform for enhanced efficiency.
