Lysis Buffer for Isolation is a lysis buffer critical for the effective isolation of DNA in various VersaKit™ and NuAction™ protocols. It plays a key role in the lysis and release of DNA from samples, ensuring high yields and purity. Lysis Buffer for Isolation is supplied ready-to-use in all Versakit™ Kits and NuAction™ Tissue Kits, except the NuAction™ 96 Tissue Kit, and it is formulated to maintain its stability and efficacy for up to one year when stored at room temperature (15-25°C). However, during storage, Lysis Buffer for Isolation may form a precipitate. To dissolve any precipitate, simply incubate Lysis Buffer for Isolation at 55°C before beginning the DNA isolation process.
