Detect and enumerate microorganisms present on surfaces of sanitary importance using InMicro® Prepared: Tryptic Soy Agar with Lecithin, Polysorbate 80 (Microbial Content Test Agar). The combination of lecithin and polysorbate 80 in an agar medium effectively neutralizes disinfectants. Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA) is prepared according to the Soybean-Casein Agar formula. TSA with Lecithin and Polysorbate 80 is compatible with environmental air sampling procedures.
Tryptic Soya Agar with Lecithin, Polysorbate 80 is used for determining efficiency of sanitization on surfaces of sanitary importance.
