Demonstrate motility in microorganisms with InMicro® Prepared: Motility Test Medium. Motility Test Medium is a modification of the formulation of Tittsler and Sandholzer for the detection of motility in enteric gram-negative bacilli. When the results of motility determinations in hanging-drop preparations and semi-solid agar were compared, they observed a perfect correlation.
Motility Test Medium is a semisolid media that is used to demonstrate motility in microorganisms. Agar provides a semisolid medium which allows macroscopic motility interpretations.
