Detect and cultivate of Salmonella in dried foods and feeds using InMicro® Dehydrated: M Broth.
Detect and cultivate Salmonella in dried foods and feeds using InMicro® Dehydrated: M Broth. This enrichment medium was first formulated in 1969 by Sperber and Deibel using an accelerated serology technique. This media increases rapid growth of Salmonella, improve flagella development and prevents nonspecific agglutination of bacteria cells used in serology techniques.
Accelerated detection and cultivation of Salmonella in dried foods and feeds using M Broth.
Accelerated Serology Technique: For detection of Salmonella in dried foods and feeds which prevents delayed transportation of bulk feeds to the market place unlike previous methods.
This medium is used for qualitative procedures. This medium contains casein peptone that provides amino acids and nitrogenous compounds necessary for the bacterial growth and yeast extract that provides B-complex vitamins. Mannose is the carbon source and serves to prevent fimbrial agglutination in serological techniques. Polysorbate 80 acts as a surfactant and dispersing agent.
Manufactured at a cGMP-compliant facility under the ISO 13485 standard, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards, consistency, and reliability for both research and industrial settings.
