Isolate Listeria spp. from food and environmental samples with this medium.
Isolate Listeria spp. from food and environmental samples with InMicro® Dehydrated: Demi-Fraser Broth (without Ferric Ammonium Citrate), when used as the secondary enrichment medium in methodology for Listeria isolation. This medium is a modification of Fraser Broth and contains half of the concentration of nalidixic acid and acriflavin hydrochloride to aid in the recovery of stressed cells. The removal of ferric ammonium citrate from the formula aids in subculture from broth to imaging instrumentation or Polymerase Chain Reaction-based assay machines.
Listeria monocytogenes is the most common pathogenic Listeria spp. and has been shown to be pathogenic to both humans and animals. Use Demi-Fraser Broth (without Ferric Ammonium Citrate) for isolation of Listeria species from food and environmental samples when used as the secondary enrichment medium in methodology for Listeria isolation.
Manufactured at a cGMP-compliant facility under the ISO 13485 standard, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards, consistency, and reliability for both research and industrial settings.
