All sera is derived from healthy animals that have passed ante- and post-mortem inspections, ensuring they are free from contagious diseases. Each batch of raw serum is screened for endotoxin, residual hemoglobin, and microbiological quality before production. To ensure consistent quality, batches are pooled and continuously mixed prior to filtration. Final lots undergo rigorous testing for endotoxin, hemoglobin, pH, mycoplasma, and growth promotion.
