InMicro® Prepared CTA with 1% Sucrose is a differential medium used in the identification and classification of Gram-negative bacteria based on their ability to ferment sucrose. This medium contains 1% sucrose and helps to distinguish bacteria by observing changes in pH that occur when the sugar is fermented.
