FusionTaq™ Pro MasterMix Kit is delivered as a on-tube does all mix which facilitates quick and convenient PCR setups for a wide variety of applications. The unique polymerase has it’s activity triggered by a hot-start step at 95°C for 5 minutes, ensuring precise control throughout the amplification process. Additionally, the polymerase is compatible with the GlowSight™ Intense, an inbuilt gel loading dye enabling direct loading of PCR products onto agarose gels without the need for additional preparation, significantly enhancing convenience.
OptiMix™ buffer, effectively minimizes non-specific amplification, background interference, and primer dimer formation. Furthermore, OptiMix™ PCR buffer streamlines primer binding efficiencies, eliminating the need for experimental optimization, facilitating the amplification of complex templates, including those with high GC content.
The kit is designed for user-friendliness and reduction of pipetting and optimization steps to deliver fast, accurate and repeatable results.
