FusionTaq™ DNA Polymerase accompanied by the exclusive OptiMix™ buffer is designed to efficiently reduce non-specific amplification, background interference and formation of primer dimers. During the thermocycling program, FusionTaq™’s polymerase activity is kickstarted by a hot-start step at 95°C for 15 minutes and it’s uniquely engineered to show no activity at low and ambient temperatures.
The polymerase is complemented by the in-kit AVBlend™, a next-gen dual-cation additive assisting you to amplify complex templates by fine-tuning the DNA melting behaviour. This also helps to amplify GC-rich templates that may pose challenges.
The one-of-a-kind OptiMix™ PCR buffer alters primer binding efficiencies to allow high specific to non-specific primer binding ratios, thus ensuring highly specific amplification of target DNA. The buffer also contains a pre-optimized amount of Mg2+ and requires no experimental optimization for reaction setup and ensures a streamlined PCR procedure.
The polymerase ensures rapid and accurate results while providing a high unitage & multiple reactions for a competitive price point.
